I COMPLETELY agree with this man's response to the lowering of the flags. I think it is entirely inappropriate that a pop icon be honored the same way actual national tragedies are. When I saw Houston's funeral publicized the way it was, I was appalled. I think absolutely everything about the response to her death is entirely inappropriate. She was a singer, and although her music was great, there are MANY other individuals in this world who do even greater things and are never acknowledged for them at all.
